Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Processing and controls of accounts payable transactions,
2. Responsible for credit and accounts receivable, refund and accounting adjustments as appropriate
3. Tax planning and handling
4. Fixed assets physical counting, FA booking, disposal, depreciation
5. Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with established guidelines
6. General ledger and monthly closing
7. Provide accurate status reports to organization management
8. Responsible for monthly variance analysis & forecast and annual budget
9. SG&A budget control
10. Oversee cash flow / treasure and cash management
11. Internal control & statutory compliance

List any responsibilities for budget, expenses and/or achievement of revenue targets in local currency.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree with basic accounting/finance education is required.
Minimum of five years of work experience in accounting or finance related filed.
Working experience with related industry such as cruise, airlines or service is prefered

Knowledge and Skills:
Must be proficient in English and Mandarin, written and oral.
Good knowledge of Lotus Notes, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Power Point are essential. Knowledge of JDEdwards advantageous.
Knowledge of Chinese accounting or tax laws and regulations.
Excellent communicator, analytical skills, sensitivity to cultural differences
