- Develop detailed designs, implement and test MES software solutions that meet client requirements
- Develop documentation required for validated facilities
- Mentor fellow project members
- Quickly learn new skills and technologies
- Work effectively at different levels within project teams, client organizations and sales


Minimum Requirements:
- Experience with requirements analysis, design definition and implementation of software solutions above the manufacturing floor (emphasis in biotech/pharmaceutical sites preferred)
- Experience with software development using C# or VB.Net required; scripting languages, Web Services, ASP/ASP.Net and XML. a plus
- Experience using a RDBMS (SQL, triggers, stored procedures) Microsoft SQL Server is preferred
- Experience with plant floor / Manufacturing Execution System (MES) systems e.g. DMI Syncade, Rockwell ProPack Data, Werum PAS-X, POMSnet, Camstar. ERP experience, e.g. SAP a plus.
- MES project execution experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Capable of handling multiple problems concurrently, prioritizing appropriately and keeping users informed
- Experience with scripting technologies and with developing software tools to automate routine tasks
- Have proven MES experience, one or more of the following systems preferred (DMI Syncade, Rockwell ProPack Data, Werum PAS-X, POMSnet)
Education and Experience:
B.S. in Engineering or Computer Science and 2-5 years experience OR M.S. in Engineering or Computer Science and 1-4 years experience OR B.S. degree and 5 - 7 years experience.
