岗位目标(Purpose)：
?Responsible for ordering, delivery and inventory tracking of A&P items
?Develop contents for internet and social networking platforms
?Analyze traffic and consumer behavior for international sales websites
?Support website initiatives for International sales
?Mid – Long term: Develop brand awareness and equity of Giti brands
?Preparation for international events, Essen, Ride and Drive.

职责描述(Responsibilities)：
1.Support international sales team in ordering for POS, calendars, gifts, tire stands, etc;
2.Accountable for inventory and delivery of A&P items;
3.Work with 3rd party providers to monitor communications on Giti brands
4.Monitor activity on Giti internet websites and work with 3rd party providers to generate analysis to promote traffic to website;
5.Push content on Giti corporate news to international sales regional websites;
6.Measure the effectiveness of existing advertising campaigns;
7.Work with 3rd party consultants to evaluate brand awareness on Giti’s-Intl brands.
8.Support regional marketing leads in grassroots events for product launch;
9.Work with advertising agency to implement advertising campaigns;
10.Others: publish intelligence on competitors promotional mix, preparation of yearly A&P budget etc.

任职资格（Qualification）：
1.Bachelors & above，Marketing or related major;
2.Around 5 years and above working experience in marketing with at least 2 years people management experience;
3.Tire or automotive background and knowledge, familiar with marketing methodologies etc.
4.Exhibit profound understanding on tire markets, possess good judgment, people management skills.
5.Upright, honest, mature, open-minded, self-confident; high degree of enthusiasm, good team spirit; strong observation and response capabilities.
