Position：Senior Branding Manager
职位描述：
1、制定公司品牌发展策略，组织搭建品牌管理体系；
Establish branding strategy and branding management system.
2、负责品牌管理与基础建设，包括品牌规划、新产品发展等；
Take charge of branding management activity as branding programming and new product development.
3、负责广告、媒体及促销活动的规划、实施及预算；
Develop, execute and budget for advertising and promotion.
4、 确保品牌与公司企业文化保持一致，确保客户关系管理方案与品牌保持同步；
Conform branding strategy with corporation culture and CRM project.
5、管理供应商确保公司品牌的提升。
Manage advertising agencies to improve corporate brand image.
任职资格
1、对汽车（各种类型如：卡车、客车等）有浓厚的兴趣，并喜欢关注各种新车型及汽车行业的发展。
Strong interest in auto (all kinds of types: truck, car, etc.), continuously pay attention to new type vehicle and auto industry.
2、年龄32-40岁， 市场、广告相关专业本科以上学历；
Age 32-40, bachelor degree or above in marketing, advertisement related.
3、 10年以上品牌推广相关工作经验，2年以上管理经验；
More than 10 years branding related working experience，above 2years management experience.
4、中文精通，英文熟练者佳； Fluent in Chinese, English fluent is a plus.
5、 良好的写作能力，人际交往能力和沟通能力；
Good writing skill, good interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
6、有广告沟通的创造性意识。 Have good creative sense in advertising communication.
