Responsibility;
l Design, develop and implement software solutions.
l Define system architecture, including architectural patterns, key mechanisms and modeling conventions.
l Prioritize use cases based on architectural significance.
l Create prototypes and perform technology evaluations.
l Lead complex projects of major significance.
l Analyze and define interfaces, design classes and design subsystems.
l Design components and subsystems.
l Build and test solutions.
l Develop technical specifications.
l Act as a technical lead in the software development process.
l Work closely with stakeholers and other project participants in defining solutions.
l Plan and conduct formal reviews of design models.-Create and develop design and programming guidelines and standards.
Technical Qualification:
l Good knowledge in Java, .Net, Oracle and SQL
Other Qualification:
l Bachelor degree at least in software engineering, in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics or related experience in IT
l 8-10+ years of relevant professional experiences;
l Ability to work independently in distributed teams and in Global Projects;
l Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion.
l Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese and customer facing skills.
l Ability to prioritize, manage and execute on multiple tasks simultaneously.
l Ability to quickly grasp on business problems and offer solutions proactively.
l Strong business and requirements analysis skills.
l Ability to mentor and direct more junior members of the team.
l Strong training and presentation skills.
l Ability to integrate procedural steps and processes with technical requirements and system functions to assure successful delivery of work.
l Self motivated;
