岗位目标(Purpose)
1.Staff will be responsible to analyses current processes within each given department verticals
2.Staff will be responsible to perform business process re-engineering mapping and e-improvements within each department with approval of respective department heads.
3.Staff will be responsible to communicate and deliver clear solution concepts and ideas to business analyst to crystalize into workable e-improvement IT programs.

职责描述(Responsibilities)
1.To develop and build broad process models of the individual processes to facilitate process streamlining and design by the respective business process owners. 15%
2.To perform business process re-engineering (BPR) to facilitate the business transformation of the respective lines of business under the authority's Corporate Business Mission Area. The process maps will contribute to the eventual build up of the envisaged architecture. 15%
3.To work with the business process owners and solution consultant to model, streamline and optimize the processes that enabled the business functions in developing process blueprints of their current and target states, and formulate strategies and transition plan to evolve to the target process state. 15%
4.To integrate disparate processes across divisions and agencies to enhance greater interoperability. Make recommendation for cross-business process streamlining and integration, and promoting end-to-end process visibility that enables discovery and identification of opportunities for a new or more effective way of conducting business operation across Giti's subsidiaries. 5%
5.To work with the business process owners to facilitate process discovery sessions with the users, and help in the development of business case for new process related initiatives. He/She will need to understand the BPM disciplines and is able to convey them to novices, identifies disconnects among current work processes and can translate them into improved efficiency, and ability to uncover hidden process procedures. 10%
6.To deal with the entire aspect of the process revision cycles. Participate in project delivery as Process Manager to help stakeholders in implementing the business process changes. 10%
7.To be responsible for maintaining the process changes in the repository, ensuring an updated content to support near real-time decision making. 5%
8.To measure and track the performance of the processes and recommend suggestion for improvement if necessary. 5%
9.To build up a knowledge base of business process best practices and methodologies in the authority, leveraging from both internal practitioners and external industry sources. 5%
10.To drive user change management activities in the adoption of BPM practices across the organisation. 5%
11.To establish strong relationship and trust with the line of business leads and managers, and all the IT stakeholders, in maintaining the teamwork and working spirit while delivering the strategic outcomes. 5%
12.To conduct process discovery session and mapping workshop, and help the process owner in the development of Business Architecture. 5%

任职资格（Qualification）
1. Around 5 years business process re-engineering relevant experience required. Consulting firm experience preferred.
2. Familiar with training and documentation procedures.
3.Strong skills in analytics and problem solving.
4.Ability to polish and modify the representation of the information for the various levels of the organization.
5.Open-minded, willing to take challenges
