Mission:
Key responsibilities:
1. Analyze market trends, indicators and competition and, transfer SWOT & market mapping results into necessary strategies. To develop and implement business plan and sales & marketing strategies that is consistent with the organization’s overall mission, vision, in short-term and long-term.
2. Be accountable for Profit & Loss for the automotive industry, both OEM’s and Tier one suppliers business
3. Establish targets in the organization such as: product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development and monitor the performance of the organization against these goals.
4. Co-ordination of customer references and Best Practice.
5. Co-ordinate Cross Border business
6. Lead, direct, and control all sales and marketing functions so that policies, procedures, and activities meet the organization’s short and long-term
Business objectives, comply with regulations and standards, and protect the organization’s public reputation.
Requirements:
*University degree in Engineering or Business Administration
*Proven track record in sales/marketing operation
*Experience in the automotive industry, both OEM’s and Tier 1 suppliers business
*Experience in successfully leading a sales team
*Experience with P/L responsibility
*PC skill is a must
*Finance knowledge on income statement
*Good Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
*Problem Solving skills
*Good command on English language, both written and spoken
