Working Location: 外高桥保税区

You will report to the Manager, Business Control China and be a member of China Business Control team.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

*Develop financial and business process by fulfill internal control requirement

*Coordinate GBS (Group Business Service – an organization responsible for accounting & group reporting) and evaluate its performance

*Support management report and analyze business information

*Follow up Key Performance Indicators & PIs

*Collect and meet commercial needs of customers, colleagues and partners e.g. volume rebate, buybacks and incentive program

*Continuously update Financial Policies and Procedures by using our FPP and global guidelines

*Support with business planning and forecast

*Coordinate with Tax Bureau, Banks and Foreign Exchange Bureau or any other legal authorities to ensure tax or any other legal obligation are timely managed.

Qualification:

*Bachelor's degree of Finance/Accounting/Business related.

*Above 6 years of related experience in Business Control, Finance or Accounting

*Fully Proficient in international ERP systems. For example, SAP system FI, CO modules

*Fluent English speaking & writing

*Team-spirits

*Strong communication skill.

*Be willing to take initiative to drive improvement.
