1 Key Duties/主要任务：

1. Work on the brands mix according to different categories

2. Negotiate with brands on terms & conditions

3. Work out the buying strategy according to different brands/categories

4. Fix the minimum order qty according to different brands/categories

5. Cooperate with logistic team and 3PL on stock delivery

6. Cooperate with brands on POP or VM issue if needed

7. Cooperate with brands and finance dept. on payment issues

8. Cooperate with the brands on promotion plan

9. Applying sell in and sell through report

10. Applying sales report by brands by categories

11. Cooperate with brands on applying product training materials

2 Key Performance Indicators/工作表现能力的主要参考

1. Responsible for merchandise mix and assortment planning in accordance with respective merchandising strategies set by management for different direct shops.

2. Plan for and execute buying activities of designated brands.

3. Attend buying trips and select merchandise mix, by providing in depth sales analysis and feedback of direct shops.

4. Follow up with vendors on orders, order confirmations, invoices, shipments, defectives etc.

5. Monitor inventory, delivery and stock transfer situations to ensure appropriate levels of stock are maintained, and responsible for merchandise allocations to direct shops and co-ordination with stores and warehouse for stock replenishment issues.

6. Monitor sales and sell-through situations and execute appropriate strategies and tactics to liquidate stocks and boost sales, and take care of all mark-down/mark-up and merchandise related issues for seasonal sale periods.

7. Provide product training and fashion trend information to the store staff.

8. Work closely with visual merchandising team on the in store visual merchandising issues;

9. Regularly report to management of sales performance, merchandise mix, deliveries, inventory situations and important issues, etc.

10. Frequent Travel will be required.

3 技能，知识以及经验要求/Requirements

11. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in fashion retail with international P&C /luxury brand companies.

12. Strong fashion and market sense with solid high-end fashion retail experience.

13. Be a good team player, self-initiative, detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadline.

14. Excellent presentation, planning and analytical skills.

15. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.

16. Good computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
