Responsibilities (key accountabilities | |
· Responsible for the overall following and processing of Sales Order from contract checking, logistics handling till completion. · Booking in IFS: Sales Order, Purchase Order, Receiving, Picking, Delivery, etc.; · Archive all documents according to the working procedure. · Handle RMA order. Maintain local RMA pool to match business development. · In charge of RMA daily replacement. Arrange RMA broken units return shipment. · As interface between HQ and China customers. Coordinate shipment on schedule. Supply the customer with the needed information. · Other adhoc work as assigned |
Profile (Qualifications for this job) Knowledge, abilities, skills |
· Bachelor degree. · More than 3-5 years experiences in order processing, international trade and so on. · Experience of using ERP system is a definite advantage. · Good communication & customer management skills. · Command the knowledge of international trade, international logistics, customs affairs and so on; · Strong sense of responsibility, solid and reliable, optimistic and smooth mentality. · Goods at communicating and coordinating. Excellent team work spirit; · Good MS office. · Good documentation skills. · Good English both in written and spoken. |
