1. Support HR plan and policy setup
参与人力资源规划与制度体系的建立:
(1) Give suggestion to HR manager to make HR plan
参与制定公司人力资源的规划,为人力资源经理提供可行建议;
(2) Maintenance of HR daily management and make draft of HR management policy and process
参与制定公司的人力资源管理制度,并负责人力资源管理制度的日常维护;
(3) Make company organization design and job leveling
参与公司组织结构设计、职位设置与职位管理;
2. Supporting organization and people development
参与组织及人员培训发展:
1) Assist department manager to make Job description and update accordingly.
2) 协助人力资源经理做好相应的职位说明书,并根据公司职位调整需要进行相应的变更,保证职位说明书与实际相符;
3) Make company and department training plan and training policy, to implement accordingly.制定公司及各个部门的培训计划和培训大纲,经批准后实施;
4) Edit and modify training handbook, create position development path and complete training system.
编制、修订、完善员工培训手册,建立岗位职业发展方向,完善培训体系;
5) Maintain and extend training channel and resource, Support training team to implement detail training
拓展培训渠道和培训资源,积累培训经验和资料,并指导在各部门的落实;
6) As a trainer to offer some training related
作为内部培训师,提供相应专业的内部培训
3. Responsible for recruitment plan and operations
参与管理者的招聘计划与招聘体系:
1) to formulate the annual recruitment planning and headcount budget as per the need of the Company's strategic development;
根据公司战略发展的需要,制定年度招聘规划和人员编制预算;
2) to establish and perfect the Company's recruitment process;
参与建立和完善公司的招聘流程和招聘体系;
3) to analyses, select and maintain various recruitment channels and to set up a very close relationship with the external recruitment service agencies for the purpose of satisfying the Company's talent demand;
分析、选择、维护各类招聘渠道,并与外部招聘服务机构形成紧密的合作关系,满足公司的人才需求;
4) to be in charge of the Department's daily management work and the members' management, direction, training and assessment;
负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估;
5) Take responsibility to support China Campus recruitment
负责支持中国区校园招聘
4. Responsible for daily HR management
负责日常的人力资源管理活动:
1) Supporting HRM to manage key business in HR team,
协助人力资源经理统筹管理部门某几项关键职能的工作;
2) Supporting HR activities and lead team to run big project smoothly
负责支持人力资源部各种活动并领导团队完成大型项目
3) Give directions to subordinators to operate daily HR work
指导下属日常HR业务;
4) Support to setup health and active company culture
建立良好的企业文化氛围;
5) Provide professional HR consulting and service for other department
为公司业务部门提供人力资源管理方面的内部咨询与服务;
6) Support to build up company branding and attend marketing activities
协助建立公司品牌并参与各类市场活动;
7) Release internal newsletter quarterly and keep employee communication
定期发布公司内部期刊,保持良好的员工沟通。
8) HR SAP maintenance and internal workflow improvement
HR SAP维护及内部各类系统的改进
Qualification任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree or above. Major in HR, business management, psychology and related
本科以上学历,企业管理学、心理学、人力资源管理专业。
2. More than 7 years’ HR working experience, at least 2 years leader experience
七年以上人力资源管理工作经验,其中至少两年以上团队管理经验。
3. Familiar with Plant operations work process, working in auto industry will be a plus.
熟悉制造业工作流程,汽车行业经验优先
4. Knowledge and skills
知识/技能:
1) Familiar with national and local laws and regulations, such as contract management, salary and tax, social insurance and training etc.
熟悉国家、地区及企业关于合同管理、薪金制度、用人机制、保险福利待遇、培训等方面的法律法规及政策;
2) Familiar with HR each modules and have experience and sense in HR system
对人力资源管理模式有系统的了解和实践经验积累,对人力资源管理各个职能模块有一定的认识;
3) Expert in Office and SAP
熟悉办公软件及相关的人力资源管理软件。
4) Excellent in English, Germany will be a plus but not necessary.
精通英文。懂德语更优。
