ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Demand management.

2. Material planning.

3. Inventory control to meet company inventory goals.

4. Production planning and control to ensure optimal production and operational effectiveness.

5. Identify and implement excellent manufacturing practices to meet cost, quality, delivery responsiveness and customer satisfaction objectives.

6. Participate in new product planning and implementation.

7. Establish, lead and implement comprehensive material and inventory planning.

8. Plan and implement maintenance program and facilities planning to ensure maximum utilization.

9. Process improvement including yield, cycle time, utilization, workplace methods, layout and assembly line balancing.

10. People management, preparation of annual budget, carrying out training in-line with budget and training plan.

11. Strong support global sales to reach business targets

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES

This position will lead the company’s Operation team.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. University degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering

2. Minimum 10 years of working experience in a high volume/high mix manufacturing environment, in which, at least 3 years operations manager or plant manager experience.

3. Hands-on experience to manage and control inventory.

4. Proven track record in lean manufacturing.

5. Knowledge of ISO/QS, PPAP, FMEA, SQC and SPC is advantageous.

6. Proven track record of good leadership and people management, assertive personality and excellent communication skill.

7. Proficient in both spoken and written English.
