Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

▪ Assists QA supervisor on maintaining quality management system.
协助QA主管维护公司质量管理体系；
▪ Be responsible for reviewing, verifying and approving the quality records, certificates, inspection reports and other quality documents which are submitted to customers or 3rd party inspectors and ensure the correctness and completeness.
负责验证、审核和批准提交给客户和第三方检验员的质量记录、证书和检验报告等并确保其正确和完整；
▪ Ensures that the quality of products is traceable. 负责产品的质量可追溯；
▪ Be responsible for facilitating the continuous improvement programs and ensure the effectiveness of improvement activities which involve all the relevant employees in the company.
负责协调持续改进的项目并确保各项活动有效且确保公司相关员工参与其中；
▪ Conducts frequent process audits according to GEOGPC procedures and international standards, and report on audit results. 依据GEOGPC集团的程序和国际标准进行过程审核并报告审核结果；
▪ Issues NCR, follows up and closes the corrective and preventive actions for internal and external audits and close NCR. 发出NCR、跟踪内外部审核的纠正预防措施并关闭NCR；
▪ Collects and analyzes data for quality objectives and report on progress of corrective and preventive actions. 负责质量目标的统计分析，并报告纠正预防措施的进程；
▪ Follows up with suppliers on corrective & preventive actions of nonconformities.
跟踪供应商不合格报告纠正措施的落实的落实；
▪ Assit quality manager to handle customer complaint. 帮助经理处理顾客抱怨；
▪ Other tasks assigned by supervisor.其它由主管安排的任务。

Qualifications/Requirements

▪ University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
大学本科毕业，机械工程系或相关专业；
▪ At least eight-year experience, preferable major in mechanism processing or related gas & petroleum business.8年以上的实践工作经验，以机械加工和石油天然气相关行业为佳；
▪ Enough knowledge and experience with metallurgy, machining, casting, forging and assembly of Mechanical products 在机械产品的材料学、加工、铸造、锻造及组装有足够的知识及经验；
▪ Exactly knows ISO 9000 or other quality management system. 熟悉ISO9000或其它质量管理系统；
▪ Experienced and knowledge in NDT, casting/forging materials and testing methods, MS OFFICE and other software.有无损探伤、铸件和锻件材料方面的经验和知识；熟练操作电脑 MS OFFICE 相关软件；
▪ Exactly knows general Quality tools. 熟练掌握常用的质量工具；
▪ Effective Communication and good relationship with other colleagues.
良好的沟通能力和人际关系；
▪ Good Command of Both Written and Spoken English. 高等程度英语（书写与口语皆流利）。
