职位描述
Responsibility:
1. To execute annual and long-term IPR Protection Strategies in China, the Brand Protection Manager will be responsible for managing the Brand Protection team in Brand Protection matters in Great China and provide supports for BP issues in Great Asia Division.
2. The position requires a strong manager of undisputedly high integrity who has solid hands-on experience in managing anti-counterfeiting programs (including investigations, Raids, Customs Trainings and Border Protection, Civil litigations and Criminal Prosecution, Retailing Channel Controlling, On-line Monitoring and related government relations work) as well as assisting in other works related to intellectual property rights.
3. Managing outside firms (investigation firms and law firms) in the most effective and efficient manner and ensuring fully compliance
4. Working closely with Corporate Trademark Team to manage civil litigation for trademark infringement/unfair competition cases.
5. Building partnership with the government authorities (AIC, TSB, PSB, FDA & Customs) to ensure getting their priorities for actions being initiated.
6. Taking full advantage of the government efforts (Central/local) on fighting against counterfeits in China.
7. Developing business partnerships with Customer Development Team
8. Building close partnerships with business partners with CD Team to drive our business growth.
9. Managing The Retailing Channel Controlling Project in China.
10. Working closely with Brand Protection Unit, Division Legal and local Legal counsel to response counterfeit accidents .
11. Work with China Legal and China Marketing on Trademark related issues.
Requirement:
1. University graduate with Law Degree.
2. PRC Lawyer preferred.
3. Trademark experience is a plus.
4. Sound knowledge of Intellectual Property Knowledge.
5. 5+ years of working experience in relevant area with min. 2-3 years’ Brand Protection experience.
6. Fluent English and good command of Windows operation
