Objectives:

Sales Engineer is set to achieve sales volume growth, market share improvement and better profit growth.

Job Descriptions:

-Present and differentiate Pfeiffer products to end user; determine and select products offering on best form, fit and function.

-Be responsible for investigation of market demands and trends in assigned market segment and territory.

-Identify target accounts; implement and execute strategies to achieve sales result.

-Maintain key accounts for direct by scheduled visits throughout the year.

-Effectively handle customer complaints, collect customers’ feedback, and pass product knowledge to customers etc. in order to achieve better customer satisfaction.

-Compile and present activity reports from customer database.

-Work closely with both Service and Workshop departments to raise aftermarket support.

-Coordinate sales and marketing effort with functional departments.

-Actively participate in sales and marketing strategies for customers.

-Research and evaluate local market intelligence, customer needs, and competitors’ information/activities.

-Ensure proper operation process flow among company and customers.

-Ensure timely payment from customers.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in technology background

-3~5 years sales working experience, experience in relevant product field is a plus

-Strong product knowledge and good understanding of the market

-Fluent in written and oral English

-Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skill

-Solid skill on MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)

-Be able to work under pressure and independently

-Strong problem solving skill and creative thinking

-Hard-working and self-motivating

-Detail and customer oriented
