Description
- Investigate, deliver restorations and produce solutions to customer service requests
- IP standalone projects implementation
- Investigate complex technical problems, trouble shoot systems that are in operation and if requested, participate in the remedy of systems in case of critical situations
- Customer technical training instructor
- High frequency travel in RCNA
- 24*7*365 CSR handling
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above
Have a broad knowledge within telecom and datacom, covering hardware, software and network knowledge
Self-motivation, have strong sense of responsibility & team work spirit
Ability to multi-task
Good communication skills
Good level in oral and written English
CCIE or JNCIE are preferred
Experience in BRAS application is preferred
Experience in technical support, especially TAC position, is preferred
