Key Responsibilities
? Implement, develop and administrate salary and benefit programs to ensure compliance and equity within organization, support business plans / strategies and comply with legal / regulatory requirements;
? Conduct wage and benefit surveys to ensure compensation competitively;
? Maintain records regarding compensation programs, benefit plans, personnel transactions and employee statistics for internal and external reporting;
? Manage the employee attendance, payroll and social benefits at accurately and timely basis;
? Establish and continuously review policies and procedures regarding C&B to ensure consistency and fair application;
? Conduct and organize performance appraisal to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within organization;
? Other tasks asigned by HR manager

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above, be with at least 3 years work experience in C&B in MNC;
? Be familiar with China labor law and local regulations;
? Well communication ability and can work under high pressure;
? Good computer skills;
