- BU focal point for commercial legal matters
- Liaise with Company General legal legal and IP Law team, take care of all contract legal issues including but not limited to drafting, reviewing and amending all legal and commercial documents, participate into negotiation on behalf of company
- Responsible for process setting, enhancement of BU legal document approval process
- Support and closely work with departments to drive business development
Skills/Qualifications:
- 3yrs plus working experience from multinational companies or law firm
- Familiar with Company Law
- Bachelor degree in law at least
- Excellent English Skill
- Good soft skills eg communication skill
