岗位职责

1．底盘产品项目目标设定

1．1 参与设定项目进度目标；

1．2 参与设定项目质量目标；

1．3参与设定项目成本目标；

2．底盘产品项目实施的确认

2．1组织项目团队按照公司流程管理新品开发项目；

2．2负责项目开发中资源的协调和冲突的解决； 2．3 负责项目开发中整体APQP的完成情况及清单的管理；

2．4 负责提出项目开发中对责任部门或个人提出奖励、表扬、惩罚建议

3．项目管理办法的优化

3．1 负责项目管理办法的编定； 3．2 负责项目管理办法的优化；

3．3 负责项目管理流程的实施和监督；

4. 下属管理

4．1 负责辅导下属及考核下属的工作绩效；

4．2 建立良好的工作环境及团队；

4．3 协助各部门经理做好各部门及下属的协调工作

5、完成项目总监安排的其他工作

任职条件：

1. 30岁以上

2. 专科或以上学历

3. 汽车或机械相关专业

4. 10年以上工作经历

5. 通晓本专业有关的各级标准；系统掌握金属材料的基本知识；系统掌握技术管理、统计分析、企业管理等常用管理知识；了解机械加工、热处理、表面处理等相关知识；掌握项目管理知识，熟练运用APQP方法。

6. 熟练使用OFFICE等办公软件；具备一定的英语应用能力，能翻译本专业的技术资料；了解使用AutoCAD、UG或CATIA等设计软件。

7. 领导力、人际交往能力、沟通协调能力、执行能力、语言文字能力、开拓能力、综合分析能力强。
