Major Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible to create SOP for all the parts processes

2.Design production tooling,gauges and fixtures etc.

3.Work closely with other department functions to deal with daily production,quality issues

4.Co-ordinate and oversee new product set-up/new equipment and involve in cost down and other productivity improvement activities

5.To ensure quality,productivity,efficiency and to take appropriate corrective actions when necessary

6.Supporting the supervisors/managers to meet the department/company KPI

Requirement:

1.Bachelor or above in Engineering,Science or related fields

2.Preferred 2 years' experience as product Engineer in special process or machine shop environment

3.Certificate in English proficiency and Chinese

4.Ability to use Microsoft Office & AutoCAD applications

5.Preference will be given to those with HVOF or Plasma knowledge

6.Knowledge in Sand Blasting,Grinding machine and other shop equipment's

7.Problem analysis skills-8D,5WHY,etc.

8.Good communication and Inter-personal skills

9.Self-motivated to succeed and ability to work both independently and as a team

10.Able to work in a fast pace environment

11.Willing to share knowledge with others

12.Result oriented
