Role Summary/Purpose

An integral member of the RM Vertical leadership team, the successful candidate will provide strategic & operational leadership to the global PM organization. The role is accountable for the sales, contribution margin, on time delivery and customer satisfaction targets through a flawless execution of all projects. The Project Management Leader will strengthen and expand the PM organization to meet the tremendous growth of the business.

Essential Responsibilities

In addition, in this role you will:Oversee the implementation and deployment of integrated project management and business processes Provide seamless project support to all Business Segments within the RM Vertical, while coordinating and optimizing resources across channels, factories, and regions Expand and strengthen a team of project managers to support new and ongoing projects from through the OTR phase with engagement in ITO as appropriate Define the talent needs for the organization, then staff and develop the skills to create a successful project management team Continually adapt the size and skills/functions of the team to the needs and to the expected market growth in the region Develop and manage contacts/relationships with key OEM customers Understand local requirements and develop processes relevant to local requirements so as to ensure smooth and compliant project execution

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering or Business discipline from an accredited institution OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of industry experienceMinimum 10 years professional experienceMinimum 5 years international, large-scale project management experience including technical, administrative, financial and contractual aspectsMinimum 5 years leadership experience with direct and/or indirect (matrix) reportsELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% as required
