职位描述
The job holder need to take the role in Quality Department as Quality Assurance System Supervisor; he/she will be responsible for assisting QA Manager to achieve Continuous Improvement in Quality Assurance System management to meet with the requirements of industry and customers.
该职位候选人要承担涉及质量管理体系规划、维护、控制、内外部审核、客户验厂等质量体系管理方面的职责,同时,他/她将负责协助质量经理完成质量体系的持续改善工作,以确保公司的质量工艺符合客户或行业的要求。
Duties and Responsibilities
工作职责:
1.Implement, maintain and update the Quality Assurance System to meet with related Quality management regulations' requirements, like ISO quality system.
负责质量体系的规划、实施、维护以及更新,以满足ISO等相关质量体系规定的要求;
2.Take charge of internal and external audits, effectively and wholly present the company’s quality management system to auditors; at the same time, prevent failures and provide corrective plan and actions, to meet customer requirements.
负责内外部审核工作,完整有效地将公司质量体系展现给审核人员;同时,及时发现工厂现有质量管理问题,并提出改善预防措施予以改进;
3.Keep good communication with all the customers, understand customers' needs,answer customers’ queries and solve customers’ complaints, to achieve customers’ satisfaction with the quality management system.
与海内外顾客保持好沟通,准确理解客户需求,答复客户问询并解决客户抱怨,以使客户对产品质量管理体系满意;
4.Cope with Third party or customer inspection, follow all the processes and promptly solve the not compliances found.
配合第三方或客户验厂活动,积极主动的全程跟踪并及时解决发现的问题。
5.Lead team members to conduct some process improvement projects, such as electronic data collection or other new projects, to ensure quality management system continuous improvement.
带领团队完成相关流程改善项目, 如电子数据搜集系统及其他项目,以达到质量管理体系的持续改善。
6.Analyze potential risks on current quality management system; evaluate the long term effects or influence of related quality management decisions, and try to minimize the risk to acceptable level.
分析当前质量管理体系存在的潜在风险,评估相关质量管理决定的长期影响,并使风险降低至可接受水平。
7.Maintain Quality system documents and make sure that all related documents are in control and traceable.
维护质量体系文件,确保所有相关文件处于受控状态并可追踪。
8.Conduct Training to colleagues as well as workers about Quality System management to improve employees’ sense of quality. 对部门人员及工人进行质量体系管理培训以提高雇员质量意识。

所受教育:
Bachelor or above, in QA, Quality Engineering, Mechanics, Automation or related
本科以上学历,质量管理,质量工程,机械自动化等相关专业
Work Experience
工作经验:
More than 5 years work experience in Quality System management in manufacturing environment, Plus at least 2 years experience as a managerial role
5年以上制造型企业质量体系管理工作经验,2年以上管理角色工作经验

Have experience in setting up and implementing ISO9000/ISO14000/OHSAS18001 quality systems.
具备建立实施

质量体系的实际经验;
Skilled in quality monitor through PPAP/ APQP/ MSA/ FMEA/ SPC.
熟悉质量控制工具的运用,如PPAP/ APQP/ MSA/ FMEA/ SPC;
Master certain risk management knowledge and skills.
掌握一定的风险管理知识技巧;
Good co-ordination and communication skill, team work spirit.
