Eaton corporate electrical sector power distribution & control business, located in Shanghai, China has an opening for a Customer Service Representative.

Job Description:
Operation in SAP system: make quotations, maintain special price and create orders (maintain high level of order response)
Daily contract preparation and review
Follow up delivery schedule; Coordinate with DC and Plant to ensure that the delivery date meets promise & request
Provide essential support to Sales Team (i.e. stock checking, order status review, etc.)
Coordinate with DC about customer complaints
Maintain high level of customer response performance, including response lead time, first call responsibility, etc;
Keeep good relationship with customers
Preserve files-contracts; internal forms(i.e. special price application)
Prepare reports (eg. turnover report, incoming order report, backlog order report.etc.)


Job Requirements:
University degree, majored in Marketing, business administration, Trading or English.
At least 3 years related working experience.
Be familiar with MRP system, experience in using SAP will be preferred
Good command of computer skills; master Excel & PowerPoint
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, good teamwork spirit, active and positive
Data analysis ability
Be flexible for cross job under backup system
Can work under pressure and be able to learn quickly
