Qualification Required:

- University graduate in Automotive/Manufacturing Engineering, Business or Marketing studies;

- Proven track record in sales to automotive aftermarket and can demonstrate full knowledge of sales process;

- Ability to solve problem and offer solutions and generating ideas;

- Strong sales and customer management skill to ensure potential sales opportunities are explored & captured;

- Excellent organizational and communication skills;

- Good team player, with high level of self-initiative & result orientation

Experience Expected:

- Minimum 6 years sales experience in the automotive industry with at least 3 years in managerial position

- Fluent in speaking and writing Chinese and English

Job Duties:

- Lead China Aftermarket Sales and Distribution Strategy

- Set business goals for China Aftermarket activities

- Plan, develop and monitor sales activities for meeting the business targets

- Work closely with product development team on innovative solutions for meeting customers' needs

- Actively manage the sales process by taking initiating leads and coordinating with related internal departments

- Achieve business target through building and developing customer and distribution network

- Provide accurate product and sales planning based on solid market information
