Job Responsibility:

Provide all C&B related services, including monthly salary calculation & payment, social insurance and benefits administration, C&B data maintenance.
Support on compensation and benefit costs budget preparing and analyzing.
Provide C&B relative reporting and analysis; Support on internal / external auditors as required.
Provide support on merit increase, year-end bonus calculation and other bonus scheme preparation.
Participate in salary survey and other C&B related program.
HR System update and maintenance


Requirements:

bachelor or above degree
3-4 years C&B experience in foreign Co.
has experience in HRIS; it will be a plus if having experience in HRIS upgrade;
good personality and a good team player;
has experience of salary survey will be a plus, C&B structure review, C&B project & staff communication etc.
