因项目需要，我公司特聘请如下人员：

工作主要职责：
1.负责工厂小型整改需求工作受理、方案审核、预算审核，施工质量安全监管、施工验收、费用结算方面的工作；
2.负责审核小型增改数据分析、趋势评估，根据日常数据提供前瞻性的改善方案、报告；
3.负责与需求部门就小型增改需求进行调查追踪、确保满足使用需求；
4.定期汇报现场服务工作报告，确保公司管理层对现场的服务质量、工作方向的了解。


职位要求：
1.大专以上学历，工程管理或工民建相关专业；
2.精通大型工厂维修改造项目的造价、预算、施工质量安全监管、施工验收、费用结算方面的专业知识；
3.熟悉大型中央空调及给排水系统、空气压缩系统、供配电系统、弱电系统基本知识；
