2.3年以上工作经验，3年以上相关实施经验;
3.较强的计算机应用能力，熟练使用办公软件;
4.有20万平米以上园区管理经验者优先

岗位职责：
1.确保所有的操作，维修，管理和其他相关服务和活动是在一个安全，健康和环保的方式 ;
2.了解合同，协助经理制定，管理和实施安全生产计划和过程的所有设施相关活动现场 ;
3.管理调查和文件的所有设施的安全事故现场 ;
4.管理文件的所有安全活动现场 ;
5.能处理好团队成员之间和分包商的关系 ;
6.全面监督消防系统 ;
7.进行每周和每月的安全审查与管理团队和团队成员，和客户端 ;
8.实施月度培训，审查和更新团队成员和分包商 ;
9.进行每月审核所有设施的操作，维修和管理活动.
