This is a position for service engineer in GSC China. The job duties include:

Technical responsible of Ericsson mobile OSS solution for GSM, WCDMA and LTE network.
In charge of installation, integration, function acceptance and upgrade service of Ericsson Mobile OSS& service assurance product toward customer.
Troubleshoot/ fault identify / isolate malfunctioning systems on customer site or Ericsson lab. If possible to apply resolving solution.
Interacting with customer technical staff and Ericsson staff within Service Delivery Organization, providing consultative service toward customer OSS solution.
Provide OSS customer support service to end user.
Support Ericsson key account manager and OSS portfolio manager on pre-sales activities. Contribute technical knowledge on offered customer total solution.
Develop and deliver customized software package on top of Ericsson Mobile-OSS solution/products/solution, including 3rd party products.

Qualifications

M.Sc. or B.Sc in Computer Science or telecommunication engineering/Electronic Engineering
2+ years working experience in software design or integration at telecom network management system.
Good understanding of GSM, WCDMA, LTE network technology.
Good Knowledge&experience on UNIX/Linux and Oracle/Sybase as DBA with HA system knowledge and troubleshooting skill.
Working Experience on Oracle and HP server as system administrator with shell, Java programming ability
Proficient knowledge IP network and internet technology.
Excellent English skill both oral and writing. TOFEL/TOEIC/GRE is a plus.
