工作职责：
- 使用Python编写一个涉及大量计算的系统，该系统对性能高度敏感。
- 需求分析和澄清。
- 设计、编码、测试和支持ST/UAT。
- 支持友邦保险业务部门的核心保险系统。
- 按时高质量地完成任务。
- 与AIA成员合作，实现整体项目目标。

任职要求：
- 统计学、数学、经济学、信息管理、计算机科学或工程学学士学位或更高学历。
- 对Python框架有深入的理解和强大的技术专长。
- 至少3年数据分析或数据科学相关职位的工作经验，对涉及数据采集、清理、聚合、存储、建模、部署和监控的端到端处理工作流程有深入的了解。精通数据分析技术，有处理复杂分析任务的经验，对大规模数据仓库架构设计和模型开发有全面的了解；精通性能调优可能是有利的（被认为是加分项）。
- 精通大数据技术架构或相关工具，如Hadoop和Spark。
- 精通数据分析工具和编程语言，如Python和SQL。
- 精通数据可视化工具，包括Alteryx和PowerBI。
- 熟悉数据库和云计算平台，如AWS、Azure和Databricks。

Responsibility:
- Writing a system using Python that involves extensive computation, with the system being highly performance sensitive.
- Requirement analysis and clarification.
- Design, coding, testing and support ST/UAT.
- Support core insurance system for AIA business units.
- Complete assignment on schedule with good quality.
- Work together with AIA members to meet overall project objects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Management, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Deep understanding of Python frameworks and strong technical expertise.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or data science-related positions, with thorough familiarity in the end-to-end processing workflow involving data acquisition, cleaning, aggregation, storage, modeling, deployment, and monitoring. Proficient in data analysis techniques and experienced in handling complex analytical tasks, possessing comprehensive knowledge of large-scale data warehouse architecture design and model development; proficiency in performance tuning may be advantageous (considered a plus).
- Proficiency in big data technology architectures or associated tools, such as Hadoop and Spark.
- Expertise in data analysis tools and programming languages, e.g., Python and SQL.
- Mastery of data visualization tools, including Alteryx and PowerBI.
- Familiarity with databases and cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and Databricks.
