Mission

Lead digital project development and digital platform upgrade and enhance digitalization level of operation system. Achieve the goal of manufacture system intelligent upgrade by implementing standardized digital module and form interconnected digital network.

Main Role & Accountabilities
? Responsible for company existing system, flatform, digital tools(SAP,MOM/MES,EMS,DPS, EIP etc. ) well operated and continues improvement.
? Creating and organizing a virtual team which team members from different department and functions to support the digitalization and data integration.
? Identify the opportunities of digitalization by collecting and analyzing requirements from functions and transform them into digital project base on technology feasibility study and investment vs. benefit analysis;
? Regularly review the operation status of digital system and continuous to upgrade and maintain system to reach a better performance so as to meet requirement of business;
? Support outsourcing digital project, assess the capability of supplier, clearly present the business requirement with specific technical document, coordinate the process of development and ensure system go live timely.
? Align with global digital strategy and adjust local requirement to global policy and meanwhile ensure local digital flatform compatible with fundamental system, like SAP, DPS, HVPLM etc.

Requirements: skills, knowledge, experience and behavior
? A bachelor's degree and major in computer science, software engineering, industrial engineering etc.
? Proficient in one or more of programming language, such as VB/VBA，C#，Python etc.
? Proficient with MS SQL or MySQL database
? Familiar with UI design, client development, database programming, have knowledge of web server construction
? Familiar with web server, network, data security and other related knowledge
? More than 2 years' experience as lead of digitalization in manufacture area and familiar with operation process.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills.
? Both spoken & written English language is needed.
