负责管理和开展公司指定安徽地市区域分销商关系,销售放射科核医学科等设备,完善渠道和区域管理,同时达到市场占有份额目标,以完成大区经营计划中规定的区域和客户的销售指标和利润目标。

工作职责:
在指定的区域内完成公司下达的销售指标;
执行公司的市场策略和销售政策;
为分销商提供产品支持,协助分销商达成销售指标;
在所在区域开发/建立并维护良好的分销经营渠道;
建立和维护客户的长期关系,提高客户的满意度;
利用销售工具收集/分析所在区域的市场情况,寻找潜在的机会,提供准确的市场预测;
开展和组织所负责区域的市场推广和销售活动;
挖掘和跟踪政府采购项目机会。
任职资格:
大学本科或以上学历,医学,工程背景优先;
5年以上医疗器械/耗材分销商管理经验或直接销售经验;
高度诚信和敬业精神,遵守公司相关规定;
较强的市场开拓和沟通能力及优秀的谈判技巧;
能用英语阅读专业资料并写作,熟练操作电脑;
卓越的对内对外沟通技能;
团队工作的技能(包括寻找和利用各种资源达成目标的能力)
良好的演讲技能
能够承受相应压力,并拥有自我学习的意愿和能力。
