SCOPE OF POSITION:
Under the supervision of the TouchPoint IS department, support & maintain the computing environment & amp; Tel. System including Software, application & Hardware etc at TPM Xian.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
*Maintenance the Xian IS inventory list (hardware & amp; software).
*Provide and maintain Xian IT CMDB( server and network information).
*Be responisble for maintaining current Helpdesk system and ensure accurate recording of user issues then assign a ticket to the IS team's member.
*Provide the IS training for the new users and apply setup IS acocunt for new users.
*Maintain the server authorization and backup&restore DR plan.
*Support and maintain the computing environment for all users to ensure data integrity, security, Virus protection, Internet content filtering and data encryption etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
TECHNICAL/KNOWLEDGE:
*Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or related field is required.
*Specific knowledge and experience with personal computers, networking, Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office applications and phone systems are required.

CORE COMPETENCIES:
*Be able to work in a dynamic environment with quick changes in business, products and process.
*Good team player to work with different departments to gain support and solutions.

CONTROL/ABILITIES:
*Regular attendance is required.
*Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

Provide an opportunity that transferring to software development engineer or QA after one year IT work.
