Accounting Executive
JOB PURPOSE

Be responsible for the daily work of the company's accounting department To support operation and sales，department in respective office. To maintain financial records and assist with audits, ensure efficiency and compliance.


FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
1. Cost invoice verification and registration成本发票审核录入
2.Reimbursement 费用报销审核
3. Complete the finance data entry of group and domestic ERP system 完成集团和国内系统的数据录入
4.Payroll，welfare calculation and payment 工资及社保的核算和发放
5.Complete group and local tax report，declaration 完成集团报表和本地税务申报
6.Assist with financial budget，audits 配合完成集团预算和审计工作
7.Legal inspection and extension 工商年检及延期申报
8. File various contracts 合同存档
9.Assist HR manager or HR agency to do HR issues 协助人事经理或代理完成分公司人事工作
10. Other works arranged by branch manager or finance manager 其他分公司经理或财务经理安排的工作


PERSONAL CAPABILITIES & EDUCATION
1.Financial related professional graduation 大学财经专业毕业
2.Accepting freshers with no experience接受无经验应届生
3.Familiar Chinese system 熟悉国内财务管理系统
4.Good written and oral English 书面和口语英语良好
5.Relevant in freight forwarding or logistics industry work experience will be given priority 具有相关货运或物流行业的工作经验优先考虑
