岗位职责/Job Description

1. 参与制定公司运营计划，经批准后组织实施。
Participate in developing the company's operation plan, and organize the implementation after approval;
2. 负责公司日常运营管理。
Responsible for daily operation and management of the company;
3. 协调公司各部门工作，建立有效的团队合作机制。
Coordinate the work of various departments of the company and establish an effective team cooperation mechanism;
4. 负责维护政府及客户关系。
Responsible for maintaining the relationship between the government and customers;
5. 参与公司安全生产管理。
Participate in the company's production safety management;
6. 完成公司领导委派的其他任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by company leaders.

岗位要求/Job requirements
1. 本科以上学历，化工专业背景。
Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineering;
2. 5年以上化工行业管理经验。
More than 5 years of management experience in chemical industry;
3. 英语6级及以上，具有优秀的英语听、说、写能力。
CET 6 or above, with excellent English listening, speaking and writing skills;
4. 注册安全工程师证优先。
Registered Safety Engineer certificate is preferred;
5. 具有良好的沟通能力，领导能力及团队合作能力。
Excellent skills of communication, leadership and teamwork;
6. 高度的工作热情及责任心。
Highly enthusiastic and responsible for work.
