岗位职责
1、 该岗位是一个复合型岗位，25%-30%的工作内容与临床部经理相关并归属于中国西部地区分公司；剩余的70-75%的工作内容与机构护理部主任相关并归属于西安市某养老机构；
2、 机构护理部主任岗位内容：
（1）负责机构内临床相关服务设计、规划、实施、监督和优化；
（2）负责机构内护理人员班次安排，
（3）通过日常巡查完成日常护理质量抽查，指导监督护理团队对机构既定P&P体系的执行
（4）负责护理人员，包含护士和护理员的培训工作；
（5）参与设计、修正和实施有效的临床护理和照护的标准化体系，包括政策、规定、操作流程、表单等内容；
（6）负责机构所属省市养老机构护理质量标准所要求的各项资料整理和归档，熟悉精通检查内容和标准；
（7）全面负责护理单元老人的入住前评估，入住后适应期，家属和老人关系维护等；
（8）配合市场部，参与和养老服务专业相关的市场推广。
3、 公司临床部经理岗位内容：
（1）全面负责中国西部地区所辖养老机构或项目的养老服务设计、规划、实施、监督和优化；
（2）对公司临床部的员工（包括新入职员工）进行专业能力和业务政策流程相关的各类培训；
（3）负责下属中国西部地区养老机构或项目内临床业务部门中高管的专业能力评价和日常工作指导监督；
（4）主要负责公司下属西部地区各类临床业务（包含居家养老，社区养老，下属养老机构）的质量管理、风险管控、投诉处理、客户关系维护、上级政府主管部门的对接；
（5）安排公司临床部和下属中国西部地区各养老机构临床人员短缺时的工作，需要时执行代理职务人工作，完成公司临床部和下属西部地区各类养老单位的人员安排协调工作；
（6）向公司所属的服务团队提供领导、指导、协调、和支持，以确保团队中的每一员持续提供专业的、高品质的、以人为本的养老照护服务；
（7）主导或参与公司各类对接项目服务计划、服务内容、项目方案的制作和修订工作。参与公司对接项目临床部分功能布局设计建议汇总等工作。
（8）完成公司交办的各类其他工作。
Responsibilities
1. The position is a composite position, 25-30% of the work content is related to the Clinical Department Manager and allocated by the Western China branch; the remaining 70-75% of the work content is related to the Clinical Manager of aged care facility and allocated by an aged care facility in Xi'an.
2. Aged Care Facility Clinical Manager Job Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for the design, planning, implementation, supervision and optimisation of clinical relevant services in the facility,
2) Responsible for the care and nursing staff roster in the facility,
3) Completing daily care and nursing quality spot checks through daily inspections, guiding and supervising the care and nursing team in the implementation of the facility's P&P system,
4) Responsible for the training of staff, including nurses and PCA,
5) Participate in the design, revision and implementation of an effective standardised system of clinical nursing and care, including policies, regulations, operational procedures, forms and other elements,
6) Responsible for the organisation and filing of all information required by the aged care and nursing quality standards of the provincial and municipal aged care facilities to which the facility locates, and familiar with the contents and standards of proficient inspections,
7) Fully responsible for the pre-admission assessment of the residents in the nursing area, the post-admission adaptation period, and the maintenance of the relationship with family members and the residents,
8) Cooperate with the marketing department and participate in the market promotion related to aged care service.
3. Company Clinical Department Manager Job Responsibilities:
1) Fully responsible for the design, planning, implementation, supervision and optimisation of the aged care services of the aged care facilities or projects under the jurisdiction of the Western China region,
2) Implement various types of training towards company's clinical department staff (including new employees) on professional competence and operational policies and procedures,
3) Evaluating the professional competence and supervising the daily work of senior executives in the clinical departments of aged care facilities or projects in western China,
4) Mainly responsible for quality management, risk control, complaint handling, customer relationship maintenance, and interface with higher government authorities for all types of clinical operations in the western region of the company (including home care, community care, residential care) ,
5) Arranging the work of the company's clinical department and the aged care facilities in western China when there is a shortage of clinical personnel, performing the work of the acting jobholder when needed, as well as completing the coordination of personnel arrangements for the company's clinical department and the aged care facilities in western China,
6) Provide leadership, guidance, coordination, and support to the company's service team to ensure that each member of the team continues to provide professional, high-quality, and person-centred aged care services;
7) Leading or participating in the production and revision of service plans, service contents, and project proposals for various types of docking projects of the company. Participate in the summary of design suggestions for the clinical part of the functional layout of the company's docking projects.
8) Completing various other tasks assigned by the company.
任职要求
1、中华人民共和国注册护士资质；
2、主管护师或以上的专业职称；（综合条件优秀者可放宽到护师专业职称）
3、临床护理或养老相关工作10年及以上的经验；有临床带教和/或管理经验者优先考虑；
4、熟悉并掌握中国西部地区医保政策和养老机构内设医疗机构医保体系运行机制；
5、出色的人际交往能力，在管理和培养团队方面具有丰富的经验；
6、出色的沟通能力，和一定的抗压能力；
7、英语可以作为工作用语
8、具有老年医学、神经内科、认知证、临终关怀相关工作经验或专业资质者优先考虑。
9、具备居家养老、社区养老和机构养老经验优先考虑。
10、可以适应短期出差，出差范围以中国西部地区为主。
Requirements
1. the People's Republic of China registered nurse qualification,
2. Competent nurse or above professional title; (nurse professional title is acceptable if the comprehensive ability is excellent),
3. 10 or more years of experience in clinical nursing or aged care related work; clinical teaching and/or management experience preferred
4. Familiar with and master the health insurance policy and health insurance system operation mechanism of medical institutions within the aged care facilities in southwest area,
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing and developing teams,
6. Excellent communication skills, and a certain degree of stress resistance,
7. Have some basic English skills and have the willingness and learning attitude to improve English skills,
8. With geriatrics, neurology, dementia, hospice care related work experience or professional qualifications are preferred,
9. Experience in home care, community care and residential care is preferred.
10. Can adapt to short-term business trips, the scope of business travel mainly in the western China.
