岗位职责
Job Description:
1.负责俄罗斯电商平台官方旗舰店销售运营工作，对销售目标及各项运营指标负责；
Responsible for EC operation and sales. Achieve sales targets and operational targets on time.
2.完成电商线上活动的策划及运营工作，包括但不限于新品首销，年度重点大促及品类营销主题活动；
Responsible for the planning and operation of e-commerce online activities, including but not limited to the first sale of new products, annual key promotions and category marketing theme activities.
3.负责与俄方平台方对接工作，沟通和协调平台资源；
Timely docking with Russian e-commerce platforms; Ensure smooth communication with EC plaforms and ensure a reasonable balance of platform resources.
4. 店铺销售健康,以及店铺销售进销存管理。
Responsible for our EC sales flow, as well as store sales purchase, sales and inventory management.

Job Requirements:
1.本科以上学历，3年以上工作经验，强执行力和影响力，自驱和自我挑战，韧性强，目标结果导向
Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of work experience, strong execution and influence, self-drive and self-challenge, strong resilience, goal and result oriented
2.熟悉当地文化与交流策略，有留学经验的有限考虑
Familiar with local culture and communication strategies, with limited consideration of study abroad experience
3.对线上活动促销有一定熟悉了解，能高效推动活动落地；
Familiar with online event promotion, and be able to effectively promote the implementation of activities;
4.具备数据分析能力，善于沟通，能高效推进项目进展落地；
Have data analysis ability, good at communication, and be able to efficiently promote the progress of the project;
5.优秀的全局观、整体规划能力，喜欢独立思考，对事物有自己的见解；
Excellent overall view, overall planning ability, able to think independently, have their own opinions on things;
6. 掌握俄语小语种优先考虑。
Mastery of Russian is a plus.
