1、本科及以上学历，5年以上IT系统管理经验
2、具备核心IT功能（微软AD、DNS、DHCP、Cisco网络）的工作知识
3、具备计算机和MS办公软件的工作知识。
4、具备算术和语法方面的工作知识。
5、行业标准认证，如：CompTIA A+、Network+、Cisco、MS
6、可以使用英文与外国人沟通，书面和口头交流高级技术和业务相关问题
工作内容：
1、根据内部SLAs和解决方案，及时管理服务台工单和项目任务
2、优秀的独立故障排除和研究技能
3、对终端用户设备进行管理
4、部署和维护客户端、服务器和网络设备
5、监控 IT 系统运行状况
6、定期用英语与同事进行书面和口头沟通
7、保持最新的 IT 技能和证书认证
8、以专业的方式与客户互动，具有较强的口头和书面沟通技巧
9、良好的客户服务技能和经验
10、强大的团队合作精神和与多元化团队合作
11、经理分配的其他工作。
Job required:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, 5 years managing Microsoft IT systems in a professional environment
2. Working knowledge of core IT functions (Microsoft AD, DNS, DHCP, Cisco networking)
3. Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software.
4. Working knowledge of arithmetic and grammar.
5. Industry-standard certifications such as: CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco, MS
6. Follow written and verbal instructions in English, communicate about advanced technical and business topics in written and verbal English
Job content:
1. Managing helpdesk tickets and project tasks in a timely manner and according to internal SLAs and solution articles
2. Excellent independent troubleshooting and research skills
3. Manage end-user devices through their lifecycle
4. Deploying and maintaining clients, servers, networking equipment and other systems as directed
5. Monitor local and regional IT system health
6. Create and update solution articles in English and Chinese
7. Regularly communicate with colleagues in excellent English both in writing and verbally
8. Maintain up-to-date IT skills and certifications
9. Interact with customers in a professional way, with strong verbal and written communication skills
10. Good customer service skills and experience
11. Strong teamwork and cooperation with a diverse team
12. Other duties as assigned
