What are my responsibilities?As trusted business partner to Innomotics China
CFO and CEO you are responsible to form afinancial ecosystem to forecast and
report accurately and to drive a result-oriented performanceculture. You will
need to manage the complex business environment that ranges from standard
product business, project business to Service Business.? Responsible for IN CN
Controlling team with four head counts? Lead budgeting, forecasting and
performance management? Interface to the IN Controlling Head Quarter?
Ambassador for IN CN Controlling and Digitalization Community? Responsible for
reporting and closing of ILDFinancial Reporting:? Lead the annual budget
planning and monthly forecast process including factories.? Analyze and track
deviations between actuals, forecast and budget.? Set up corporate cost and
profit center structure to ensure efficient reporting and costallocation? Plan,
forecast and run performance management for Cost of Organization and SG&A?
Ensure plausible forecast and validate Order Intake, P&L, NCE and FCF
Performance Management? Prepare and validate management reports and provide
executive commenting for IN HQand Siemens China management requests.? Carry out
regular performance reviews with Local BU and Sales Unit to achieve targets?
Lead the INtensiFY28 value generation program to ensure long-term success?
Cooperate with Local Business Units and Sales Units to support specific
financial analysis,such as sales performance analysis, product price and profit
analysis.People, Leadership and Digitalization:? Lead the INNOMOTICS China
Controlling team? Develop team members and foster a strong IN CN controlling
Community? Have an active role in leadership programs to develop next
generation of talents? Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations?
Lead team to build up Digital ecosystem even beyond Business Intelligence tools
like QlikeSense or Power BI
Who are we looking for?Required Knowledge/Skill/Experience:? 10+ years of
experience in key financial functions like controlling, accounting and auditing
etc.in multinational companies with large focus on Controlling? Track record of
successfully leading a team? Familiar to financial accounting and reporting
structure of Siemens is of benefit? Good business understanding with
experiences in different commercial backgrounds? Clear understanding of value
chain and value flows of various business typesProfessional Knowledge?
Knowledge of accounting and closing guidelines in both IFRS and Chinese GAP?
Knowledge in commercial controlling tools and processes? Knowledge of
applicable tax laws and regulations? Fluent in English and ChineseTechnologies:
? Strong in applying and developing Business Intelligence tools? SAP: Finance
and Accounting related modules? Strong knowledge in using Excel and Power Point
in an efficient waySoft skill:? Be open-minded for change and new opportunities
? Strong analytical and logical thinking with the ability to explain complexity
in short and crispmanner? Strong collaboration skills with internal and
external stakeholders? Ownership and Performance mindset to actively drive
business and organization excellence
