岗位职责
1、设计、修正和实施有效的临床护理和照护的标准化体系，包括政策、规定、操作流程、表单等内容；
2、对公司临床部的员工（包括新入职员工）进行专业能力和业务政策流程相关的各类培训；
3、负责下属西南地区养老机构内临床业务部门中高管的专业能力评价和日常工作指导监督；
4、主要负责比利斯特下属西南地区各类临床业务（包含居家养老，社区养老，下属养老机构）的质量管理、风险管控、投诉处理、客户关系维护、上级政府主管部门的对接；
5、带领、培养、发展一个高质量的比利斯特的临床服务团队；
6、向公司所属的服务团队提供领导、指导、协调、和支持，以确保团队中的每一员持续提供专业的、高品质的、以人为本的养老照护服务；
7、安排公司临床部和下属西南地区各养老机构临床人员短缺时的工作，需要时执行代理职务人工作，完成公司临床部和下属西南地区各类养老单位的人员安排协调工作；
8、承担公司下属西南地区各养老机构机构长缺席时的职务代理工作；
9、主导或参与公司各类对接项目服务计划、服务内容、项目方案的制作和修订工作。参与公司对接项目临床部分功能布局设计建议汇总等工作。
10、主导或参与公司各类对内和对外培训服务专业技术部分内容的课件教材编写和修订工作；
11、参与公司与养老相关各级政府公共关系的日常维护工作；
12、完成公司交办的各类其他工作。
任职要求
1、中华人民共和国注册护士资质；
2、主管护师或以上的专业职称；（综合条件优秀者可放宽到护师专业职称）
3、临床护理五年或五年以上的工作经验；有临床带教和/或管理经验者优先考虑；
4、熟悉并掌握西南地区医保政策和养老机构内设医疗机构医保体系运行机制；
5、出色的人际交往能力，在管理和培养团队方面具有丰富的经验；
6、出色的沟通能力，和一定的抗压能力；
7、具备一定的英语基础，且有提高英语能力的意愿和学习态度；
8、具有老年医学、神经内科、认知证、临终关怀相关工作经验或专业资质者优先考虑。
9、可以适应短期出差，出差范围以西南地区为主。

Responsibilities
1. Design, amend and implement an effective standardised system of clinical nursing and care, including policies, regulations, operational procedures, forms and other elements,
2. Responsible for company's clinical department staff (including new employees) for professional competence and business policy process related training,
3. Responsible for the evaluation of professional competence and daily work guidance and supervision of senior executives in the clinical business department within the subordinate aged care facilities in southwest area,
4. Mainly responsible for the quality management, risk control, complaint handling, customer relationship maintenance, and docking with higher government authorities of the clinical business (including home care, community care, and subordinate aged care facilities) in southwest area under TBGSH ;
5. Lead, train and develop a high-quality clinical service team of TBGSH;
6. Provide leadership, guidance, coordination, and support to the company's affiliated service teams to ensure that each member of the team continues to provide professional, high-quality, person-centred aged care services;
7. Arranges for the work of the company's clinical department and the subordinate various nursing institutions in southwest area when there is a shortage of clinical staff, performs the work of the acting duty holder when needed, and completes the coordination of the staffing arrangements of the company's clinical department and the subordinate various nursing units;
8. Undertake the role of acting in the absence of the facility manager of each of the company's aged care facilities in southwest area;
9. Leading or participating in the company all kinds of docking project service plan, service content, project programme production and revision work;
10. Leading or participating in the company's various internal and external training services, professional and technical part of the content of the courseware materials preparation and revision work;
11. Participate in the daily maintenance of public relations between the company and aged care-related governments at all levels;
12. Complete all kinds of other work assigned.
Requirements
1. the People's Republic of China registered nurse qualification,
2. Competent nurse or above professional title; (nurse professional title is acceptable if the comprehensive ability is excellent),
3. Clinical nursing five years or more than five years of work experience; clinical teaching and/or management experience is preferred,
4. Familiar with and master the health insurance policy and health insurance system operation mechanism of medical institutions within the aged care facilities in southwest area,
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing and developing teams,
6. Excellent communication skills, and a certain degree of stress resistance,
7. Have some basic English skills and have the willingness and learning attitude to improve English skills,
8. With geriatrics, neurology, dementia, hospice care related work experience or professional qualifications are preferred,
9. Can adapt to short-term business trips, the scope of travel to the Yangtze River Delta region of Jiangsu Province and Zhejiang Province.
