Operation Engineering Center is the department engaged in project solutions
business of Motion Control (MC) Business Unit. Our main project fields involve
project solutions in the fields of petroleum, Marine, new energy and shield
machine. The project commercial manager is mainly responsible for all the
business work of the whole project from the bidding stage to the completion of
the project delivery, including tax, legal affairs, and the coordination of
various internal departments.
Mission:
* Handle commercial bidding and execution of international solution business.
* Take charge of commercial, financial, legal, tax, and insurance-related
issues, as well as controlling and reporting regarding the assigned projects
starting from Bid/No Bid, commercial negotiation, execution, and up to the end
of the warranty period.
* Support business departments in achieving business targets and reducing
company commercial risks through commercial control.
* Support overall reporting transparency and automation.
You’ll make an impact by
* Ensure overall reporting transparency in MC China operation engineering
center.
* Provide pre-sales support and bidding/contract negotiation support.
* Control, analyze, and report on project costs in the project.
* Prepare budget and forecast for project key financial figures.
* Prepare payment documents, supervise customer payment schedules, and follow
up on account receivables.
* Handle SAP processes (project creation, plan cost/plan revenue maintenance,
billing, actual cost booking, report checking, etc.).
* Prepare documents for outgoing claims and against incoming claims.
* Provide commercial advice and feedback to work partners.
Your defining qualities
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree or above in related majors, such as economics,
international trade, accounting, finance, etc.
* Basic skills in contract law, negotiation, financial knowledge, foreign
trade knowledge, and practice.
* Sophisticated skills in contract management, communication, and
problem-solving.
* Familiarity with project management systematics.
* Ability to work efficiently, seriously, and responsibly.
* Good communication and analytical skills.
* Excellent oral and written English.
* Prefer to the certified Commercial Project Manager.
