职位描述：

1、协助调研项目客户接洽、谈判、制定方案、招投标等；
2、负责一般/大型调研报告问卷设计、数据分析、报告撰写及售后服务；
3、指导并协助数据整理及清洗；
4、协助/负责产品改进及新产品的开发，提出方案并不断地进行完善；
5、收集用户、市场及竞争方信息进行汇编，协助部门宣传工作。

任职要求：
1、一年以上咨询或调研工作经验，本科及以上学历，理工和经管类相关专业优先；
2、 具备较强的逻辑思维能力、数据分析能力、沟通能力和文字撰写能力；
3、接受短期出差、抗压能力较强；
4、 熟练使用office系列办公软件，如word、excel、ppt等；
5、工作主动性和执行力强，注重团队合作；
6、有中小型人力资源相关咨询项目及政府项目经验者优先。
