The HZ&CZ Plant HR Manager is responsible for providing business and functional expertise in human resources to our China operations facilities including HZ Plant, CZ Plant and SSA team, will serve as an effective change agent who works positively to engage employees across difference levels. This role is accountable for the talent in the assigned client groups, all people-driven processes and all business-driven processes that involve people. This role is based at HZ Plant and will include the performing of HZ Plant HR and Admin Manager responsibilities.

REPORTS TO: This position reports to AP Operations HR Leader

Requirements:
? Minimum of 8 years of HR management experiences
? Proven track record of success in driving engaged organization by creating and implementing HR strategies
? Proven track record of success in serving as a business partner to other business leaders and driving strong business results
? Experience in interacting with government agencies and labor unions
