职责:
l The position as CSM is an operative position in the group, assigned to a specific area.
l To be responsible for all marketing activities in all business areas.
l To actively, and in a loyal and constructive way, participate in the work of the Sales
Team.
l Responsible for all sales and other related issues as well as general organizational
matters regarding the country.
l Responsible for understanding, supervising and documenting the market, the
competition and the sales in the country to ensure that reaches forecasted sales.
l Responsible for developing the sales in the Hearing Solutions area which includes the
responsibility for finding, analyzing and reporting on business opportunities (SWOT
model).
l Responsible for weekly, or upon request, more frequently reporting of activities and
status to RCEO
l Responsible for handling fairs and exhibitions in the country.
l Responsible for handling the administration regarding customers and activities in the
country
l Participate in developing the strategic marketing, product strategies and sales
activities.
任职要求:
l Degree from University, or similar education, in marketing and sales.
l 3+ years of experience from working as Key Account Manager or similar.
l Experience from the full sales process in a national environment and from working with
Consumer and/or Medtech products,
l Experience in negotiations,
l Experience making sales plans and set operatives goals in order to reach budget.
l Good skills in verbal and written English is mandatory
