Job Description:
? Reviews accounting vouchers and records to ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting records and transactions per IFRS and China GAAP
? Performs month-end journal entries to close the books on a monthly basis in accordance with company deadlines and oversees or reconciles general ledger accounts
? Performs payroll accounting including monthly payment and accruals
? Consolidates and completes overall financial statement that includes China and Asia
? Oversees monthly tax calculation, declaration, reporting and represents company to communicate with Tax Bureau when needed
? Perform intercompany reconciliation with Corporate and Factories
? Interfaces with auditors for control testing and audit requirements
? Reviews processes to help streamline accounting activities
? Performs analysis and critical review of all general ledger balances to ensure financial statement accuracy
? Supports China and Asia budget preparation
? Oversees cash position, cash need and intercompany payment
? Performs HR daily business and coordination with HR service vendor
? Supervises daily Office Administration
? Assists ad hoc financial, HR and Administration Support

Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
? Minimum 8 years financial and general ledger experience with at least 3 years of managerial experience
? Experience in financial statements consolidation between IFRS and PRC GAAP
? Excellent SAP experience is a plus
? Detailed, prudent and professional spirit especially on figures, with effective and efficient working performance
? Excellent problem solving skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
? Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Excellent Microsoft Office skills
? Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
