- 行业新兴市场及行业生态圈分析、业务拓展及业务模式创新，推动和协助销售团队积累项目储备、系统性突破目标行业、开拓行业大客户，实现业务订单和销售目标；
- 电网及建筑全国及区域市场分析，拓展电网及建筑行业业务，推动并协助销售团队开拓电网客户，增加项目及客户覆盖，实现电力建筑业务订单及销售目标
- 合作伙伴业务发展，扶植壮大核心分销商，开拓和发展新分销商；推动并协助销售团队开拓成套厂客户，关注战略成套厂客户突破及发展，实现合作伙伴业务销售目标
- 为销售团队提供商务和技术支持，协调和推动促销、客户交流等各类客户活动；拓展销售渠道、维护和发展终端客户关系，实现特定目标客户及业绩增长目标
- 通过市场走访和深入的行业分析，为公司长期增长目标发掘战略机会点，为客户拓展及行业开发提供有效支持
- 高效支持和协调销售与中后台之间的工作
岗位要求：
- 营销、电气工程或自动化相关专业，本科以上学历，熟练运用办公软件
- 5年以上BD或销售相关工作经验者优先
- 对配电产品有较强的了解，有扎实的电气系统知识
- 良好的人际交往能力和在团队环境中影响和工作以实现目标的能力
- 对市场和行业的发展有敏锐的洞察力和较强的分析、判断能力；
- 丰富的商务经验、良好的谈判技巧，优秀的销售业绩；
- 积极进取的开拓精神、良好的学习和环境适应能力、勇于面对挑战和承受压力

On July. 1st, 2006, SESI, SEISAS and Shaanxi Baoguang Group (SBG) contributed to set up Schneider (Shaanxi) Baoguang Electrical Apparatus Company (namely SSBEA) , professionally engaged in research, manufacturing and distribution of VCB and its relevant products.
SSBEA as a global supplier of VCB will satisfy the need of domestic and international markets. Based on the existing products technique, SSBEA technology department cooperating with Schneider China R&D Center and Schneider France R&D Center continuously improving the technique of products, the technics level and the quality of assembly parts, providing high value-added products for Baoguang Brand of VCB.
