1、研究全球领先公司行业的销售运营***实践,并总结提炼方法论
2、摸清公司商业化客户的生意本质,接合公司平台发展特征,设计行之有效的精细化资源运营策略
3、领导团队负责销管横向职能在区域团队的赋能,形成具体策略的基本原则或指导方针,包括对销售任务分配,业绩监控分析,销售考核方案,销售资源管理,应收管控及运营核算等
4、监控各大区业务线进展,主动发现问题及机会,形成业务洞察,并协同多方资源(跨部门及与总部相关部门)推动问题解决/机会获取
5、负责非中国区各区域销管团队的协同和运营工作,确保全球策略拉齐和运营标准的一致性
6、设计非中国区客户开拓及管理策略,确保客户开发高效,公平,减少销售团队冲突及摩擦
7、持续优化运营流程机制,与in-house系统团队协同,通过系统化解决方案,持续提升销售运营效率
?Research the best practices of sales operations in the world's leading companies and industries, and refine the methodology
?Develop, execute and manage sales and revenue planning policies and tactics for global accounts and agencies, with a global sales organization's priorities in mind. This will include managing sales performance incentives and revenue targets, distributed sales coverage plans, revenue attribution strategies, and ongoing management of implementation and tracking processes.
?Partner with XFN teams (finance, regional ops, legal, sales managers, strategy), devise and iterate policies and guidance including client incentive, global business initiatives, customer development, service model and revenue attribution to drive alignment and effectiveness
?Maintain a data tracking and monitoring system for top-tier global accounts, analyzing and interpreting revenue and productivity data in depth, identifying risks and developing solutions - both for clients and for internal teams.
?Lead and grow non-China Sales Ops team across countries to deliver results in high quality and efficient ways, and ensure the alignment and consistency of global strategies and operations.
?Design non-China business development and management strategy, ensure team efficiency and are able to solve sales conflicts.
?Optimize overall sales processes, promote cross-functional partnership and buy-in, and ensure smooth cross-team communication, all while reducing friction and identifying any potential conflicts of interest across the global team.
?Generate insights into both internal account and external market performance. This includes brand performance, product adoption, leading revenue indicators, and analyzing internal and external data to surface growth opportunities tailored across a client's portfolio of brands.
职位要求:
1、5年以上的战略落地,管理咨询相关工作经验;具有全球知名战略/管理咨询公司从业经验,跨国公司战略/运营/管理从业经验,且熟悉互联网业务逻辑者优先
2、本科及以上学历,理工科优先,MBA,硕士优先
3、具备复杂数据分析及规律总结能力,掌握战略规划,战略落地主要方法论,熟练使用量化分析工具,具备复杂场景决策能力
4、具备创新思维能力,逻辑化,结构化思考能力,优秀的问题解决,沟通协调能力
5、具备复杂项目管理经验,具备PMP认证或方法论者优先
?5+ years of strategy, sales operations, management consulting, finance, or program management experience. Previous experience in tech company preferred
?BA/BS degree required. Finance or data analysis majors are preferred; MBA and graduate degree preferred
?Working knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus
?Able to analyze complex dataset, knowledge of strategic planning and proficient in the use of quantitative analysis tools, and have the ability to make decisions in complex scenarios
?Experience executing sales strategies for a global or multinational sales organization strongly preferred.
?Excellent ability to analyze and solve problems. Great logical and data sensitivity, and demonstrated experience working alongside senior stakeholders and executives.
?Excellent communication skills and ability to lead team under pressure.
?Ability to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to define and execute a vision that can scale globally.
