Source and recruit right talents according to functions’ needs to fill the vacancies timely.
Ensure H.R Policy and Procedures and other initiative are well understood and being implemented smoothly in the responsible departments
Review and propose the competitive compensation package to attract and retain talented people in accordance with Greater China guideline
Coordinate training to improve the competency of staff and follow up on training effectiveness
Facilitate and monitor Performance Management practice to ensure successful implementation
Update and Maintain H.R Data on SAP System to provide timely and accurate employee information
Enhance communication with employee through daily work and joining dept. activities for the purpose of creating and maintaining a conducive working atmosphere
Consolidate H.R report and follow up the document approval process for all the regions to improve the working efficiency

Education: Bachelor Degree & above

Experience: at least 3 years working experience in MNC as HR generalist or specialist

Special Knowledge: Labor Law, Employee Relations, Staffing, Awareness of Training and
Compensation

Competencies: Good interpersonal and communication skills, customer focus, analytical
Skills, excellent capability of execution/implementation. Good command
of English and computer skill.
