职位描述：
1、负责海外电商项目的评估；
Advise on legal and compliance assessment of E-Commerce initiatives;
2、负责海外电商项目的产品评估、协议、规则起草及审阅；
Conduct product compliance review and draft, review agreements/contracts/rules;
3、提供跨区域法律支持，与区域法务协作解决涉及多个法域的问题；
Provide cross-region legal support and liaison with regional legal professionals to resolve issues in multiple jurisdictions;
4、负责海外电商项目的业务日常咨询，并根据业务实际情况为业务提供相应的培训。
Conduct daily support on E-Commerce initiatives and provide with internal training to relevant teams.
职位要求：
1、法律专业本科以上学历，通过司法考试或拥有其他国家或地区律师资格证的优先；
Excellent academic background, at least bachelor degree; P.R.C bar or foreign bar is a plus;
2、熟练的英文沟通、谈判及写作能力；
Fluent English to conduct communication, negotiation and drafting;
3、5年以上企业法务或相关法律工作经历，熟悉电商、物流或支付行业；
Over 5 years PQE with substantial work experience, familiar with E-Commerce industry, fulfillment services or payment services is a must;
4、具备严谨的分析问题能力及商业意识，具有团队协作性；
Strong analytical skills with good business acumen; team player;
5、良好的沟通能力、较强的执行能力；能承受较大的工作压力。
Good communication skills and strong execution capacities, be able to work under pressure.
