职位描述：
As a product counsel and legal BP of the internet-based product you support, you will carry out responsibilities of the following:
- Advise on legal and compliance assessment of product features, processes and functions;
- Conduct daily support in commercial transactions, including contracts drafting and negotiations with business partners;
- Provide cross-region legal support and liaison with regional legal professionals to resolve issues in multiple jurisdictions;
- Draft internal and external facing polices to facilitate projects/compliance initiatives;
- Conduct researches and streamline processes. Provide internal training to relevant teams;
- Other work assigned by supervisor on case by case basis.
职位要求：
- Excellent academic background; additional overseas education from an accredited oversea law school is a plus;
- 3-8 years PQE with substantial work experience in your related fields. Understand your work as an expert;
- Strong analytical, drafting and negotiation skills;
- Flexible, solution-oriented, pro-active and self-motivated individual with good business acumen; Good communication skills and able to work effectively with team members and cross-function partners from different cultural and professional backgrounds;
- Fluency in written and spoken English.

Prefer to have：
- Exposure in data privacy/IP/internet and entertainment law;
- Great project management skills;
- Exceptional work ethics.
