Each year, thousands of businesses join the marketplace selling millions of new products. Vital to the strategic growth and continued acceleration of the platform, selection from sellers helps AliExpress continue to grow the largest selection on Earth and better delight our customers. We are constantly working on better ways to help sellers integrate their catalogues with AliExpress and set every seller up for success from day one.
We are seeking an inspiring project manager to drive the end-to-end onboarding experience for Marketplace Sellers. This PM will coordinate a multidisciplinary team across product development, tech teams and operations to rapidly grow Aliexpress catalogue by inventing new frictionless ways to integrate with sellers and scaling the onboarding model to cover all sellers, from established big brands to one-person start-ups.
This role will be expected to develop deep expertise around seller integration by seller segment, establish product vision and drive the development for both seller-facing features and internal tools, manage a world-class operation to deliver hands-on onboarding support to selected sellers, and drive business development and strategic decision making with 3rd party players.
? Coordinate product development, and operation teams to deliver a world-class seller onboarding experience
? Work closely to Category Management team to onboard the most relevant Local Supply, that match Spanish and Italian demand
? Managing day-to-day operational aspects of the project, its team, scope, budget, timelines
? Manage the onboarding operation team to constantly improve productivity and seller experience. Ensuring completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines
? Preparation and presentation of schedules, budgets and other documentation to internal clients.
? Direct the tech team to support large scale integrations with big sellers
? Improve or develop partnerships with the most relevant local players of the e-commerce ecosystem
? Motivating teams of cross-functional disciplines to achieve the desired project goals
